30 days, any reason, full refund

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to send it back, for any reason. Once we receive it, we refund the full price of the item to your original payment method.

How to start a return

Email us at maya@evalay.shop or use the contact form on our website with your order number. We answer within one business day and send you a free return label and instructions.

Please contact us before sending anything back, so we know your package is coming.

Refund timing

We issue your refund as soon as your return arrives. Depending on your bank or card, it can take a few more days to show on your statement.

Damaged or wrong item

If your shelf arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. Send it back to us with the free return label we provide, and we will send you a brand new one at no cost.

Exchanges

If you would like a different shelf or color, return the original for a refund and place a new order.
